Withdrawals and Networks
Select a network accepted by the receiving wallet or exchange, then check the asset, destination, amount, and fee before confirming a withdrawal.
Network Reference
Section titled “Network Reference”Use this table to identify common transfer networks and token versions. Available withdrawal routes come from your account’s asset–network selection; issuer availability alone does not enable a Trade8 route.
| Network | Asset Examples on That Network | Check Before Sending |
|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin | Native BTC | Bitcoin address and onchain transfer instructions; Lightning uses an invoice |
| Ethereum | USDT, USDC | Ethereum mainnet and the exact ERC-20 contract |
| Tron | USDT | Tron network and the TRC-20 token contract |
| Solana | USDT, USDC | Mainnet, token mint, and receiving address |
| Arbitrum One | Native USDC, PYUSD | Arbitrum One selection and token contract |
| Base | Native USDC | Base network and native USDC contract |
| OP Mainnet | Native USDC | OP Mainnet selection and native USDC contract |
| Polygon PoS | Native USDC | Polygon PoS and the native or bridged token version requested by the recipient |
| Avalanche C-Chain | USDT, USDC | C-Chain selection and token contract |
| BNB Smart Chain | FDUSD | BNB Smart Chain selection and issuer token contract |
Token references: Circle’s USDC contracts, Tether’s protocols, PYUSD on Arbitrum, and First Digital Labs.
An 0x address can appear on several networks. Match the network as well as the address. Copy any memo or destination tag supplied by the recipient; it can identify the account within a shared receiving address.
Confirmations and Finality
Section titled “Confirmations and Finality”| Network Model | How to Read Progress |
|---|---|
| Bitcoin | Confirmations count blocks from the block containing the transaction. Compare the count with the receiving service’s requirement |
| Ethereum | Check inclusion and the required confirmation or finalized status. Block inclusion and finality are separate stages |
| Solana | processed, confirmed, and finalized describe different commitment levels; check the level required by the recipient |
See the Bitcoin transaction reference, Ethereum finality explanation, and Solana commitment levels. For an incoming Trade8 deposit, use its required_confirmations and status as explained in Funding & Collateral.
Calculate the Amount You Can Withdraw
Section titled “Calculate the Amount You Can Withdraw”Start with the available balance. Collateral committed to open orders, positions, or custody allocations must be released through the applicable account process. Pending settlement can also hold funds.
Example: a custody account holds 10,000 USDT with 2,500 USDT allocated to Binance. Its unallocated custody balance is 7,500 USDT. Check withdrawal fees and any other holds before choosing the amount. Removing position collateral can bring the account closer to liquidation.
Review the Transfer
Section titled “Review the Transfer”- Copy the recipient’s asset, network, address, and memo or tag from its current deposit instructions.
- Check the withdrawal minimum, fee, and amount the recipient will receive. Keep any minimum-credit requirement at the destination in mind.
- For a new destination, consider a small test transfer above the applicable minimums.
- Save the withdrawal ID. Once broadcast, save the transaction hash and follow it on the matching network.
If a Withdrawal Is Delayed
Section titled “If a Withdrawal Is Delayed”| What You See | Next Check |
|---|---|
| Request pending, no hash | Account approval, available funds, and settlement or review holds |
| Hash exists, transaction pending | Network confirmation progress and the sending transaction’s status |
| Successful onchain, recipient has not credited it | Recipient’s confirmation threshold, token version, destination, and memo or tag |
Contact Us with the withdrawal ID, asset, network, amount, time, and hash. Track the existing request while its outcome is unresolved. A broadcast transfer usually cannot be reversed; recovery from a wrong destination or unsupported network may be impossible.
